The Workshop will be held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel (Meeting on June 29th starts at 2:00 PM) 1330 Maryland Avenue, SW Washington, DC 20024 (202) 787-6140 The closest metro station to the hotel is Smithsonian which is just 3 blocks north of the hotel at the corner of 12th Street SW and Independence Avenue SW. Directions from Smithsonian Metro Station.

• Follow signs for Independence Ave. 
• At the top of the escalator make a “U” turn and walk a few yards to 12th Street and turn right on 12th Street.
• Continue south on 12th, crossing “C” and “D” streets.
• Very soon you will intersect Maryland Ave, SW which ends as a cul-de-sac. 
• Turn right and the Mandarin is at the end.

Directions from the L'EnFant Plaza Metro Station.

• Follow the signs to “9th and D Street”.
• At the top of the escalator you are still in a building. 
• Turning to your right make a “U turn” and exit the building. 
• Go down the steps to D Street and turn left.
• Continue on D Street through 2 underpasses. 
• At this point the street vectors slightly to the left and  the name of the street changes to Maryland Ave., but you will not notice it. 
• Continue straight a little further and the hotel is on your left in the cul-de-sac.
